Where can I buy the game from?
DiRT 3 is available from all major high street retailers, online vendors and digital distributors.

Where can I download the game from?
DiRT 3 is available from all major digital providers such as Steam, Metaboli and Direct2Drive.

I want to buy a boxed copy for PC. Where can I get one?
PC boxed copies are only available in mainland Europe.

Is there a Special Edition?
A Special Edition is available through Gamestop in North America only for Xbox 360 and PS3.

Are there any Pre-order bonuses available from retailers?
Selected retailers have different Superteam Packs available with Pre-orders, check with your local retailer for more details.

DiRT 3 is a PEGI 12, Teen (US) and 6+ USK, (Germany).

This game is suitable for children from the age of 12 and up depending on the territory you are in.

DiRT 3 is available in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish depending on which territory you purchase the game in. A Japanese version will be available in Japan later in the year, with Japanese audio and English text.

Are there Achievements/Trophies?
Yes, there is an array of Achievements/Trophies that you can earn.

Are there any Xbox 360 avatar awards available?
Yes there are! There are four avatar award items to unlock, two through online play and two through the career.

Are there leaderboards?
Yes. All the leaderboards can be found within the game.

What steering wheels and controllers are supported?

Tell me about this YouTube feature?
You can upload parts of your favourite replays from races or events in DiRT 3 directly to your YouTube channel.

What is the maximum length of a video I can upload to YouTube?
The direct upload feature supports up to 30 seconds of total footage.

Can I upload slow motion video?
Yes, you can but please note that the uploaded video is still only 30 seconds long.

Can I upload HD video?
All video uploaded through DiRT 3 to YouTube is in 480p (standard definition).

What is a VIP Pass?
A VIP Pass is a code that is included in new boxed copies of the console version of the game. Please note that a VIP Pass code is one-time use only.

The VIP Pass grants access to online features in DiRT 3, including competitive multiplayer modes and YouTube functionality. It also comes with five additional cars for use in the game.

Where can I buy a VIP Pass separately to the game?
The VIP Pass is available separately through the PSN Store and the Xbox Live Marketplace.

How much does a VIP Pass cost?
The VIP Pass costs: Xbox 360 = 800 MSP, PS3 EU = €7.99, PS3 NA = $9.99, PS3 UK = £6.29

My VIP Pass code does not work, what do I do?
Please contact Customer Services for assistance redeeming your code by emailing custservice@codemasters.com.

Do I need a VIP Pass for the PC version of DiRT 3?
The PC version of DiRT 3 does not require a VIP Pass for access to online features, this also applies to the 5 cars unlocked by the VIP pass for consoles.

I purchased a copy of DiRT 3 for PS3 in North America and the code in the box doesn’t work, what do I do?
Please refer to the instruction provided in your box for details on how to redeem your code. If you require further assistance please contact Customer Services by emailing custservice@codemasters.com.

I play on PS3, why can I not redeem my VIP code?
The VIP Pass for PS3 will be redeemable shortly, pending the restoration of PlayStation Store. We are currently working with Sony to get you all online as soon as possible.

Are there any multiplayer modes in DiRT 3?
Yes, there are two multiplayer modes available in the game, Jam Session and Pro Tour. Each mode offers a selection of race types and other activities including Rally, Rallycross, Trailblazer, Landrush, Head-2-Head, Gymkhana, Transporter, Invasion, Outbreak and Cat ‘n’ Mouse.

Is there split screen?
Yes, there is two-player split screen available. Split screen does not require the VIP Pass.

What's the maximum number of people that can play online?
DiRT 3 supports up to eight players online per session.

What’s the maximum number of people that can play in split screen?
DiRT 3 supports two-player split screen.

Can I play with someone on a different format?
It is not possible to play alongside someone who is on a different format to you, no.

Can I play all modes over LAN/System Link?
You can play multiplayer over LAN/System Link on Xbox 360 and PC, more news about this on PS3 will be available soon.
